Personal tax returns or extensions must be filed by April 15, 2021.
Taxes must be paid by April 15, 2021 even if you have an extension. The extension only affects the due date for the return filing. Income from "gig economy" positions, virtual currency, refund interest and unemployment income are all included in taxable income. (However, the "American Rescue Plan Act" signed 3/11/21 excludes the first $10,200 of unemployment from taxable income.) Also, they are usually already reported to the IRS by third-parties. Don't forget to include these on your return.
