Tax Returns - During initial interviews, we'll go through all your documentation and determine if any additional information will be needed to complete the tax return. These don't usually last a full hour; it depends on how complicated the tax return is. Returns are not prepared during these appointments. We carefully go through all materials and contact you once the return is completed.

These logs are retained only temporarily and are not used for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.
2. Information Collected When You Become a Client We only collect personal and tax-related information when you voluntarily provide it to us in order to receive our tax preparation or accounting services. This may include:

- Social Security Number, income details, financial records, and other tax-related documents

We collect this information via email, secure client portal, phone, mail, or in-person.
3. How We Use Your Information Client information is used solely to:
- Prepare and file your taxes

7. Children’s Privacy Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
